Entering quilts in the show

Entry Rules and Important Dates

• You must be a current SCVQA member to enter a quilt in the show. Children under 18 must be sponsored by a member.
• One entry per person is guaranteed to be hung in the show. Up to two additional entries may be hung as space allows. You will be notified if your second or third entry cannot be hung. Please indicate your priority for hanging this entry.
• You are responsible for insuring your own entries.
• All quilts wider than 20 inches must have a 4" quilt sleeve attached to the back. Quilts smaller than 20" may be pinned. Instructions.
• January 28, 2026- Entry form deadline.
• February 26 and 27 - Quilt Depots open to receive your entries. Addresses of Quilt Depots will also be in the February Newsletter.
• Each entry must have a paper Entry Label sewn to it.
• March 12 and 13 - Quilt Depots open to return your entries. Take your receipts to the Quilt Depot where you delivered your entries. Your quilt will not be released without the receipt.

Forms and instructions

Entries will be accepted beginning in January 2011. Please complete the online Entry form no later than January 28, 2026. Entry Labels must be completed and sewn to your quilt before the Quilt Depots will accept your quilt for drop off.
