Collection Depots for Quilt Show

Look in the March and April newsletters for a list of Quilt Show Depots. Take your quilt to any Depot convenient to you. Be sure you have sewn the quilt sleeve on the top and the entry label in the lower right corner on the back of your quilt or inside your garment. The Depot member will have a list of all entry names and numbers. So, if you do not know your entry number or if you submitted a paper entry form from the Newsletter rather than online, do not worry; the Quilt Depot member will write your entry number and Depot name on your Entry Label and Entry Receipt. KEEP THIS RECEIPT TO RECLAIM YOUR ENTRY WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR QUILT OR GARMENT AT THE SAME QUILT DEPOT THE WEEKEND AFTER THE SHOW.

April 13 and 14.
Quilt Depots open to receive your entries.

April 27 or 28.
Quilt Depots open to return your entries. Take your receipts to the depot where you delivered your entries.

Please phone first so you know what hours the collector will be available. Addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses will be found in the March and April Newsletters and in the SCVQA roster.

IMPORTANT

You may not reclaim your quilt at the show. You must take your receipt and pick it up at the same Quilt Depot where you originally left your entry. Ask the Depot member about pickup days when you leave your entry.
