Entry Rules and Important Dates

You must be a current SCVQA member to enter a quilt in the show.
Quilts for the "Children's Exhibit" must have been made by a child under 12 years of age
You are responsible for insuring your own entries
If your quilt is wider than 30" a 4" sleeve must be attached to the back. Instructions.
April 21- Entry form deadline.
May 5 and 6 - Collection depots open to receive your entries. Addresses of collection depots will also be in the April Newsletter
Here is the label needed for your entry. Each entry must have a label attached.
May 19 and 20 - Collection depots open to return your entries. Take your receipts to the depot where you delivered your entries.
